Instructions
  1. Place the top oven rack in the center position and pre-heat oven to 425°F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat® baking mat.
  2. Spread the trimmed asparagus onto the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste, and gently toss to combine. When asparagus is evenly coated, spread into a single layer without overcrowding.
  3. Place baking sheet into the pre-heated oven and roast for 8-10 minutes, or until crisp tender. Turn the asparagus once while roasting.
  4. Remove from oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
